“I have lived in Leilani Apartments for 5 months now and dont have a single complaint. I feel extremely grateful to have found these apartments . I submitted maintenance once and they fixed the issue within hours. The environment here is so peaceful and clean. They have cleaners on a regular basis who clean the halls and community spaces and Ive never heard any noises from neighbors. I loved the pool in the summer and I use the community gym quite often as well, not to mention there is an LA fitness and planet fitness around the corner. All the neighbors Ive met are so nice and welcoming too! I also order a ton of packages and never have issues here. The leasing office has been amazing as well. Ive always felt safe here they have security, I park in the garage and its great. I love that the light rail station is only 10 mins away for free park and ride too. Definitely dont hesitate to move here. Its been a pleasant experience!”

“I come to see my sister often and the staff are always so nice. They always make sure to make me feel welcome and safe. ESPECIALLY being in Seattle. I can always rely on their help when I’m lost in the building with those maps on every floor. I love how they do pet of the month. I get excited to seeing the furry faces and the little story’s. It’s such a community with friendly face's, good conversations and they always have something going on for the residents to enjoy. 💜”

“My family live in this building. I personally really love that we can all come over and hang out in the community spaces/lounge. We always have battle to see who would win at pool. I think this is our favorite place they have lived in. There has not been any instances where we have had a problem with anything that they weren’t on top off. The staff are always so sweet and kind. It’s always nice to feel seen when coming through those doors instead of being ignored like other places. Also those tanning chairs next to the pool!! Don’t get me started on the great naps I’ve taken there. I love this place.”
